European designed scopes incorporate many unique features that differ from other scopes.  Large 30mm main tubes provide Greater Light Gathering which enhances sighting abilities during dawn and dusk.  The 30mm tubes also offer more room for a greater range of adjustment.   Older European style scopes were heavy and cumbersome, but we made a light weight scope with modern features that is easy to carry, even during those long treks
