One Mask System

Adapts to a wide range of respiratory applications: air purifying respirators (APRs), supplied air respirators (SARs) and powered air purifying respirators (PAPRs). Available in single- and twin-port models. The one-mask system allows for simplified fit tests, cost-savings and reduced inventory.

Facepiece is available in both silicone and Hycar rubber and work with 3 different adapters: Push-to-Connect (PTC), RD40 and Twin-Cartridge Adapter. Comes standard with a nosecup for reduced fogging in low temperature or high-moisture environments. Options include a rubber or net head harness.

CONFIGURATIONS

Single-Port Version with Twin-Cartridge Adapter can accommodate the complete line of Advantage® cartridges and filters. It may also be replaced with the PTC adapter or RD40 Adapter for different respirator applications.

Twin-Port Version contains special adaptable bayonet cartridge mounts in the lens that can be used with the complete line of Advantage cartridges and filters. With the RD40 Adapter, it may be used with MSA's Duo-Twin™ respirators.

ADAPTERS

PTC Adapter offers a range of pressure-demand supplied air configurations, many available with optional escape cylinders. Ideal for MSA's PremAire® System, AirHawk® MMR Air Mask SCBA, PremAire® Cadet Supplied Air and Escape Respirators.

RD40 Adapter covers a wide range of respiratory applications including supplied air respirators, PAPRs and gas mask configurations. Ideal for MSA's OptimAir® TL PAPR, OptimAir® MM2K PAPR, Chin-Type Gas Mask, Constant-Flow® Airline Respirator and Duo-Flo™ Constant-Flow Airline Respirator.

Twin-Cartridge Adapter is used mostly for air purifying, constant-flow and supplied air applications. Depending on the application, the configuration will utilize either the Advantage Singleor Twin-Cartridge facepiece.

Welders Adapter provides protection for workers engaged in abrasive blasting. Consists of a hood, facepiece with lens housing, breathing tube, lens cartridge, flow-control device, air supply hose and support belt. Available with both Single- and Twin-Port Facepieces. Optional Auto-Change™ Electronic Welding Lens is an automatically darkening welding filter that provides welders a clear view and constant eye and face protection.
